is it normal to see my charcter not wearing the savage set in the time that im putting it on ??? plz answer

Do you meet the requirements to equip the Savage Equipment?
Keep in mind that you have to meet two requirements:
1) Lv. 40
2) Honor Level - Baron

And if you're new, you will notice that the only thing that changes is when you equip the Armor, only. No hat, boots, gloves, etc. will display.

Mind taking a picture of your character and your equipment?

I know Rangers tend to wear Yellow until Savage or any other type is equipped - so for Savage, you'd have Blue Armor.

Looks like you have expired costume items on, take those off and you will see your savage etc. again. Since those expired and they are on (and you have show costume on) there is no costume to show but it is trying to show it so it shows nothing.
