Nope, there is really are a bug. We do an every day Blessed Bath and some of my pt member kept on saying "bug".Comment

I think what he meant is the bug when you click on heal and it doesn't. Instead a message saying "Skill is not ready" is displayed. Happened to me a couple of times as well.-----------------------------

That happens when you click in a so-called 'void'-area. In my opinion it isn't a bug, the system works fine IF you make sure that when it is your turn to heal and you prepare the magic healing circle the toons light up. If they don't and you click and it manages to activate it will activate in the 'void'-area and not heal you or your party members. Especially when you use the area where no lightning can hit you.
These are my experiences though as I have encountered it a couple of times too and 'fixed' by following the aboveComment
