Cant file a ticket

Hi guys,

I went to file a ticket because usually when i buy xtals it come immediately but when i purchased 500 xtals now it said gateway closed so i refreshed it and clicked again and got through i went to my account to see if the purchase has been completed but nothing is there so i went to go and file a ticket and clicked on the server i play on but it says that there is no characters for that server so i went back to my account and it says it was activated.

so is there any help for this because i do want to file a ticket but it cannot find my character for the server even though it was activated and i just want to know when i will get the xtals because when i bought the xtals today it stated it was confirmed. so i need help with both filing a ticket and xtals.

The crystals will come within 12 hours and for the filing ticket problem make sure you are choosing the correct server and correct username.

GM please help me.. i cannot online my character always Lost Connection to the server it said. what should i do. i don;t think it's my internet connection because i got a good connection and using it for playing for a long time. i'm from (s36) Mount Nubina. it's been 2 days without playing. huhuhuhu
