knight rebirthing to scion should be Str or End stats

i am very confused what i should put in my stats strenght or endurance at rebirth for a knight

I went full strength as a scion just to level up faster. Ultimately, it depends on if you want to be a tank or a dps, though. Personally, I didn't feel it mattered much what I went with because of going to eidolon after- eidolon is where you will need to decide what you want to be when you hit level cap.
