I did a little calculation and found that its better to not do both at the same time (although doing both at the same time is of course up to the guildmaster)
For example, using 100 xp for a mob:
Basic xp: 100
Seig exp: 100
Guild exp: 100
2x token: 100
Total: 400 for a 100 mob
If you don't do them together:

Basic xp: 100
Guild exp: 100
2x token: 100

total: 300

Basic xp: 100
Seig exp: 100
2x token: 100

total: 300

So : doing Seig and Guild at the same time: 400 xp total
Not doing them together: 600 exp total

So IMO doing them seperate is better

It's the same amount, you forgot the additional hour and 2x token used
