You get mount upgrade tokens from doing Revenant's Vault Hard or Nightmare, to protect yourself against players in evil mode you should try to switch lines Especially in Kayamo Mountains -
1.) You can get em at difficult-level dungeons. You could also get em from other players.
2.) Just try to improvise some tactics you can use against them evil players (or you could run away). Basically, combat rouges don't have the highest defense so improve your soul and equips to avoid the squishiness.
3.) RV Nightmare has some purple lvl 30 equips.
