I did suggest that they remove the bullhorn from the starter pack as its completely useless. But it never got removed. I guess it eventualy will, but as of now, you can just discard it, as it is useless▀▄▀▄▀▄ (S15)NightNight ▄▀▄▀▄▀

In Crystal Legacy (similar to Crystal Saga) Bullhorn is Megaphone when the player post at Megaphone or Bullhorn chat tab it will post with special effects shouting to all chat tab...well its good in guild recruiting or important matters>>>kinda sad they removed it though
