Loading issue

Gm its so nice to see the new event this week and im excited to recharge for crystal for ride, but the problem is the loading to enter your game. Slow connection to enter your game, and a while ago i stock 50% at ladder, please fix your game. Im love your game but how can i play it if i cant enter, please fix it thank you

the loading issues are a server side issue they cant do anything with that until the server hosting company resolves it or they transfe the servers to another company. r2 is the publisher of the game they probably have only one server and if, for they purpose of programming the expansions and the events as well as testing them before introducing it to the game(yes they get the majority of the context from the original game but they have to translate it and optimize it for that version which still needs programming and testing).so we just have to wait till the hosting company resolve their problems.

same prob here...stuck in 50% every portal..and especially in ladder..this is very not good admin...listen our prob..i think u should be putting this in top priority problem...if u dont want to lose customer...i pay i have the right to have a good service in your game....

I'm just so ****** off that the GMs are not doing a single damn thing about it, It's very hard for me to lvl up without ladder and crypt, you're making people want to quit.. so seriously just fix this stupid problem

to be honest, i envy you. you can still pay CS minus ladder and crypt, while me waits for 2 stupid days and still no solutio arrives
