How do you send gifts to get heart points to get married?

You do dungeons (excluding Indigo) that are close to your level. Gifts will drop from the bosses (Fresh flowers, Gift, Chocolate, Letter, Wedding Snack). Then you click 'Gift' next to your friend in the friends list.
