i think its because of your internet connection

just restart your computer and delete ur temp file ...
to delete temp files:
click start;
then run;
%temp%;
delete them all;
then try running the game;
it might lag in the beginning but after some time it will go smoothly;

i do have the same problom bro.....no matter what i do , no matter what browser i use .. it stuck at 80%+ loading
even got sick of the start music
