i've found 2: the clothing one is in cragstone near berta and sword is in platona's same place in himeng valley

Windshear peaks: middle of Goblin pest area.

the time for respawn is too long were like 10 servers killing it :/

I figured out that you can attack the monster and let it chase you and then get some innocent player in the battle and when you get killed, the innocent guy will get killed next. I did this in Himeng Valley a few times to steal a Plantona kill.
