training ground is awesome for gaining exp especially if you wait for seig time and guild exp, if you use your own x3 exp tokens along with the beast heart sperion gem combo also there is the new zodiac system draw that at the same time to gain a possible x2/x3 exp and you should be laughing yourself to new levels
the exp rooms in chambers of fate is also a really good way of gaining fast exp i usually log off after my training grounds and save all of the above for chamber time it is an excellent way of gaining levels quickly
