New server LAG

Please help. I have been experiencing a serious lag. Thought it was my connection, and relogged. Now I cannot even log back in. Please help.

New server has serious bugs..... I logged in and nothing worked, my bag got cleaned up and has NO EMPTY SLOTS left?!! and I see NO ONE in town and I CAN'T CLAIM the gift box and NOTHING WORKED!!!
Please tell me it'll back to normal after you patched it and I'll have a normal bag with empty slots XDDDD
