Try to clear cache and cookies. I had this same problem using Safari as browser (im running CS on my white 09 mac). Switched to Chrome, hotter, ask for more cooling from internal fan, but the game runs just fine.Comment

Usually it goes the same way, from the Option/ Preferences menu, you could see the option for "Clear Browser History" or maybe in a separate section of "Clear Cookies". Firefox and Chrome (CMIIW) placed this menu under the 'clear browsing history', same goes with IE i think. If you're a Safari/ Apple user, clearing cookies and caches is menu-ed separately.
Or to keep it simple, "clear all history" and try all over again. File a report (look around under Guides or FAQs in forum) stating your current problem etc.
