always lost connect in server

GM. why i always lost connect to server, zensho island server, all my alts lost attemp in bath, i already check internet problem and browser cache, every 5 minutes i been disconnect, my internet is fast no problem in that, pla fixed this problem, cant play properly

It is not the games fault everyone else is connected just fine, therefore they can't fix a problem if there isn't a problem
