From nowhere atm. Those Beastlord skill books aren't implemented into game yet.

Side question to GMs, is the pet skill Angel Blade implemented yet? Since on item synthesis I see III & IV books for that pet skill on the Pet Skill Manuals section but have NEVER seen any pet with that skill.
