I accepted a crystal ladder challenge but i don't know where to go to complete it

In order to complete the Crystal Ladder Challenge, you will have to run your way in the Crystal Ladder levels and hope for monsters to drop the required Gems necessary to complete it.

Something like that is a long-term quest - due to the Ladder's difficult nature as you rise up in the ranks.

The NPC you accepted the quest from is where you also go to enter the Crystal Ladder - and is only recommended to do it with a full party.
