I'm trying to add a friend, but it says they're offline when I'm standing right next to them. They've used the same username for both logins. What's the problem?

What do you mean by that? Are you trying to add 2 toons with the "same" name but different S#? Because you need to add the entire name including the S#. So if the full name is (S43)Example , you write that whole thing including the parentheses.Originally posted by RPVGGal View Post
