Health Orb and Auto heal didn't work

GM, pls let me know. Why AUTO HEAL didn't work and health orb in inventory just dissappear??? Did it spam or anything else...?

It's because of the new update. Go in game and set the settings for health orb on.

you should see the setting above sound in the bottom right,,there are 2 list whether you enable auto heal your HP and mana,,if there isn't any checklist,,then it's off,,but if you click the list,,then it's auto heal,,,
