level difference in dungeons

I heard that if you are 5 levels above the recommended level of a dungeon, drop rates will be affected, is this true?

aw man I really wanted to daze through dungeons by myself when I'm a higher level so I can get stuff quicker

u can get other stuff but u wont get pcs

u will get full drops till u are 7-8 lvls higher than the highest boss but after that u will stil be getting drops in hard and nighmare mode if u want wings and muts but wont be getting any pcs

It's also the same about the world bosses .

For indigo blight I still get PCs even though I'm level 31. But higher than you won't get PCs anymore.
