About that, buddy.
There was an update a long time back that made clothing unbound UNTIL it's worn.
If you are still getting scammed, I don't know what to say.

The superhero costume is tradeable as thats how I got mine in my server, as for the other costumes well some of them are still bound and some arnt. just be carefull.

The old clothes that have been released when the clothes weren't unbound are now also bound.However if r2 release a new clothe that have never been released before in cs then that clothe will be unbound.


However, personally, I think that ALL the clothes should be unbound as there are some pretty cool clothes that were old that is still cool for the new players to try them out and buy it by using plat/gold/silver/copper and not getting scammed.
