Even for super top players, HW take a while to get. Dungeons don't drop that many compared to how many you'll end up needing, and doing dungeons, having to travel, move from boss to boss, leave party, back in and out..it takes time. Why should they give you something that they spent time earning?

Players typically won't give stuff away for free. They will sell, so just look around the shops. If you need money, you can try selling any ancient coins, refining crystals, purified crystals, EW, GMUT (most likely from lucky guess or mount extravaganza), or other valuable items you may have, or make some alts to farm SRCs and sell those, or you can cash for a good item and sell it (for example, you could cash for the new panda pet and sell it in a shop. Depending on the server's economy, it can fetch around 2-6p).

Just because someone didn't give you any HWs doesn't mean they're villains already. We're all at a need for HW so stop begging and farm them.
