why i cant get my frost buff im waiting like 2 days ... my alt can get the frost buff but me i cant..
i dont have any money to take a ticket just fix pls..

What the quartermaster said is what is is, you can only use the frost buff 3 times per the whole event.

first of all it is said unlimited attempts when you click events --> 6.special --> frosty encounters and then you can only get 3x a day,,, why?
second if it does give 3x buff a day, i got it yesterday then i logged off and today on my first attempt getting buff ive already gotten above pictured message,,, why?

If you carefully read the thread of the Arctic Buff, it clearly states "You may only obtain this buff THREE TIMES within the duration of this Event".

Obviously what it said in-game was a typo error.
