    Can you make my username unbound 'cause i always use my email to log in instead of username and if i use my username to log in it says it was bound and cant log in and use my email instead, so i wanted to say r2 can you make my username unbound ? sorry for bad english

    When your account is bound, it means it is tied to an email address. You then have to log in with your email address. It's very beneficial to leave it bound to the email address.

    However, if you wish to remove the email (which is not recommended), you will need to send in a ticket to http://tickets.r2games.com

      Oh okay thanks but i dont think i let it remove if in that case its not recommended and cause me trouble in the future

        Your account is more secure when it's bound and it's easier to prove who you are to support, should you ever need to.
