Before you merge your pets aside from good mat,apt and enough pet breeding stones...Is it advisable to enhanced both primary and secondary pets to +13 before you merge them or the enhancements provides good breeding or merge result? ty pls answer

+13 on the pet will provide more aptitude to bring over to the primary pet on the next gen. I also advise trying to learn skills on your pet that increase maturity and aptitude.
