cant connect to server s62

please help me GM,why i cant connect to server in s62...i can click the server s62 but when its loading character list...its like stuck...n after that it says "failed to connect to server"...dunno what to do...help pls

I had the same problem and I sent a ticket. This is what they said to me "Please try to log in to our official platform : http://cs.r2games.com then use the Forgot Password for you to get your password. Thank you."

im using 2 modem..i can login with my laptop but not with my PC..why is that GM? coz i ussualy using my PC..im using different modem for my laptop n PC..pls help GM..
