Hmmmm... I've asked my guildies about the vasheer's quake too... They said it will work if you keep spamming it, but I'm not really sure xD

None. Throw it away. It has no function whatsoever. I once tried it out when i was still a scion and it was completely useless

Reason? Last time i visited chinese version (original version, to be exact) of this game, that thing actually got ability to erase Vasheer support (a certain buff that Zabuga in sacrificial relic possesses to increase its attack), but it seems the english version didn't implement it and simply remain as trash

so, ignore it and throw it away
