Almost every pet can learn it by my observations. Teeka is a pet that has Charm once it is hatched.
Charm is a skill that pauses the enemy from attack for a short period

Charm doesn't stun the target, it only prevents it from attacking.

All pets have a chance to learn it. Certain types have a higher chance than others, e.g Support pets are more likely to learn Charm then Offensive or Defensive pets.

To learn a new skill it depends on your pet's maturity and if you have any pet skill slots available for it to learn them. At certain levels they will automatically open by themselves however the rest you need to open using Pet Skill Slot expanders.
