Well, then if it's a bug then your friends will not be able to load as well. It happens to me usually but that's only because my Internet has problems. When my Internet is running fast, I never get stuck in loading.

I believe the problem is your internet connection and not the game. Sometimes I have bad internet connection and yes i do get stuck on ladder..

It happens a lot to me when I'm using wireless internet, maybe that's the problem. Otherwise I'd suggest to clean your whole computer with advanced system care. (Which I happily use.)
