Well, you can get Teeka eggs from 60 contribution, and it only takes 10-20 eggs.
Firelord eggs you can get from Survival of the Fittest, Elite medal, which only takes 3 rookie medals to merge. Or if you're lucky you can get 1 a day.
I got my FL without cashing, I just bought a pack from another player, I also have enough gold medals to get full purple slayers set (I already have purple savage) just from doing Avernal, Daily Hunts, and recently rebirthed to Scion to be able to do Dragon Spine. My server started on May 3rd, and I've accomplished this, it just takes time. :0

You can honestly get everything in this game without cashing, it just takes a while.
