This is probably a bug affecting R2 completely, not just Dragon Pals.

Ok here is the way for people who cant log-in game.
1st keep refreshing yr browser until u got in to the game - when it loading more than 20s refresh keep doing that...
If the 1st way not work,
then uninstall yr browser - for Firefox n Google Chrome => Go control panel => Programme and Feature => find browser n uninstall it - then re-install the browser again.
