its depend on player luck ( i mean in reality ), the hardest part for me is seek black and green, i got a ton of red, that i didnt need iit, and one of other player have a problem too to search blue and red ring, so the best way to obtain the item that u hard to find is trade it with the one that is easy to u to find

well, at least every lvl 35+ mob have a chance to drop ring, its much easier than vip ticket which is elite only, eventho 45x ring is indeed hard to collect >.<

At first I had about 10 of each ring except red, then after work I was about tied about with all colors. I was thinking the same thing that red must have the lowest drop rate.

Blue was hardest for me:O so i saw someone AFKING and wasnt collecting rings so I AFK right next to him to collect his rings :O So thats how I got my Insig and Packs easily :P

I get red the most and green is hard for me
