Balrog's Hell

How can I unlock this skill? It says that the skill may not be learned concurrently with Blizzard. What does that mean?

By the way, I am currently level 26 with lvl 1 blizzard so yeah :P

means if u have blizzard means u cant learn balrog.
And if u have balrog means u cant learn blizzard

those 2 skills cant work together better to read the description first before u put a skill point on a skill

if they could be both learned it would be to over powered becuz u would use balrogs rige then use blizzard it would be to much damage

Yup and if priest could have Tenacity + Buffs= Priests will win anything I maked accounts and i was think to make even a warrior one , it would be awsome

when it was the first time i play in this game as a mage i can put point on both side blizzard and balrog , i think its a bug O.O but i deleted that char. though

You should've continued that char and own everyone with your AOEs!!
