Rogue related question

I have a question about the defense reducing/ignoring skills of the rogue class...

I currently have a level 1 Assassin's Thrust and level 2 Bade Twist

For Assassin's Thrust, I can ignore 20% of the monster's defense
For Blade Twist, I can reduce 11% of the monster's defense


So, if I use both skills one after another, I can like reduce/ignore the monster's defense for like, 31%??????


My main question is, does the reduction stack?????????

if the monster def is 50% and u use Thrust you'll hit the monster with its def 30%
and for twist it will make the monster's Def go down abit. So Twist>Thrust For making higher damage to the monster

So, that means the reduction does stack?

Assasin thrust reduction works only for that skill,it only ignores defense with assasin thrust,and blade twist reduces the monsters defense for a certain amount of time
