If u really want to have a pet with a charm well i suggest u catch a baby bear cub then lvl it up till its skill is full then capture and capture till u have the one with charm (this is efective)

almost all pets have a charm skill, you just gotta keep trying till you get one

i prefer the teeka cause charm is instant on all of them
