stuck at 77%

loading char almost 10 hour but still stuck at 77% . already clear cache , change browser , but still stuck
can someone help me?
how i can do LG with this loading . and sometime iam stuck if change map



this is my alt . but didnt have problem with loading char



so whats wrong with my knight?
