When it says LOADING character list it shows a bar that is always 0 kb/s and 0% how do I fix that

I had the porblem when i got stuck @ loading and refreshed the tab for that.. just clear the cache and cookies and refresh again it should load fine den.Server: Merged from Koramgame(K1) to (S56)Seria IslandEverything is always okay in the end, if it's not it's not the end
