Unable to login

OK GM i tried all, i.e cleared cookies cache and restated my connection and my computer ..............But it the loading is stuck at infinity% ..... It has never happened to me .this is the first time..
But i am unable to login for about 1 hour now .. I am boored of waiting

It depends what server you are currently playing on.. (not very clear from your signature... -.-)
There is an emergency maintenance on S35, 39, 44, 48 and 53. (has been for the past 2 hours)


I get infinity and I load fine, many players do. Please check other threads about Infinity %, since there are many already.

I am able to login just fine to S63.
I don't know what to tell you other than to try options that what other threads have suggested.

my issue is can't log in with one character loading is frozen on 0% or 100%... but with my other character its fine... should i file a ticket?

No it doesn't, Mem.Its just showing the word "Infinity."
