have you tried logging in the other servers? That is weird.. and should not have happened since the merges transfer all character data even if you can't access it right away.

iam Bouncer from dovo, and I cannot seem to figure out my account stuff. I cannot seem to submit a ticket either since it is asking me for account name and tha email I have for my facebook says it has no toons on it. I tryd to log in using my nickname but it seems my password to it is wrong, and when I try to recover password it is bringing me to reset an email address and tha nickname is clearly not an email address lmao. what can I do?

Okay, if you checked every possible option to login, email, username, facebook.. whatever and checked every server, then you should file a ticket and explain to the GMs your situation.
