Okay!
First make a new account.
Make a character on s1 or any server that is not s35, 39, 44, 48 or 53.
Fill out a ticket at http://www.tickets.r2games.com
and tell them your information so they can adequately help you.

For dovo players

You should get a green bar saying which server your should login to if your account was transferred over.


s35 for your dovo s1 characters, this will appear if you had a s1 dovo character
s39 for your dovo s2 characters, this will appear if you had a s2 dovo character but no s1 dovo characters
s44 for your dovo s3 characters, this will appear if you had a s3 dovo character but no s1 and s2 characters

If ypu had characters on s1, s2, and s3 then you can use r2's s35, s39 and s44 to access them

I put in a ticket, and still with the advice am unable to locate my account. I have tried FB login, email login and now username login on all the servers with no success. This is incredibly frustrating.
