help i didnt receive my crystal.. i loaded 1k crystal and didnt receive my xtal,, i used ultimate game card... help me gm pls

click on support and send a ticket to them most of the time GM do not reply or read forums go to main crystal saga website click on support then bottom left click on send ticket that will prob help more and faster then posting on a forum hope this helps good luck ..

Just wait for a few hours. then file a ticket here http://tickets.r2games.com/ if you didn't recieve your crystal in 12 hours.

You will recive your crystal if you dont in get in 12 hours file a ticket at http://tickets.r2games.com.
