I made a crystal saga account about a year ago through my facebook and I haven't played on it in a few
months and when i decided to do so, the system asked me to create another account. Where's my original one? Does your account get deleted if you don't play on it for a while?

if under level 20 or doesn't have 1 crystal then characters can be deleted for inactivity
file ticket please to hunt down your other char if you made it past one of those two points
what will need to do is have a character can file a ticket with to start, so make a character on newest server and level it a little so can file a ticket to get a search party for your older character going
