Dont write plz without minimal knowledges, since it misslead peoples and they gonna a do useless stuff.
Refreshing network for what? Maximum you can do is change your ip.
Antiviruses protect and scan memory, not drivers.
Refreshing your system, by shutting it down for 10 minutes, only lets you pc and video card cooling.
Worm exist only to slow down your pc?
Not all viruses slow you down, there plenty that you would never notice.

This guide was meant for those who are not good with computer and some players are kids like me so obviously will not know how to clear cookies,cache and history or know how to defrag the system

those who use ubuntu/kubuntu/lubuntu/linux/linux mint or OSX this guide is not for these users its meant for the 75% who use windows also this guide a way of making

I'd like to point out that even linux users can benefit from knowing this.. However, if you're using linux, chances are you already know this stuff. xD
Anyway, it doesn't help me much. The most that helps me is a good connection speed. All clearing stuff does for me is makes loading zones a little longer the first time I go to load them again.

I have other guide and better for those who understand better than computers
For those who have a slow computer :
-Disable antivirus when you play the game, because it took a lot of memory (this is very important for Nod 32)
-Disable unnecessary Services and all security programs like a firewall , Windows Defender , Action Center , Security center (there are many)
-Disable Visual Windows effects
-Put your graphics on 16 bit and refresh rate 60 hertz
-Put your Power plan on High performance ( Power plans can help you maximize your computer's performance)
-Defrag your Pc
-Use CCleaner ( clean cache and cookies )
-Download Advance System Care 5, (this software Repair, Clean , Fix and Turbo Boost your pc)
-Download GameBooster 3, (boost your pc)
-Download Tuneup Utilities 2012, (Repair and boost your pc)
-Download RegCure Pro ( this software improve your PC performance by fixing ActiveX , system and registry issuses, remove viruses ,trojan and other malware from your computer, Boost speed and performance by halting unneeded processes , delete your Junk Files and other options )

If you follow this guide you can play with 250 Ram memory without lag

Great guide. Another thing you might want to add is GameBooster. Another thing you might want to try is to set the priority for you web browser to high. This will usually increase you speed dramatically. Just be sure that your CPU is not running at 100%. Your RAM should also be checked.

well there's a better way to reduce lagg use cc cleaner and disk defragmenter will make your computer run at top speed

I would even recommend Downloading Ubuntu's ISO and burn to disk and partition half or less your HD and use it for CS, you will notice a difference, Use Chrome browser though, over the years Firefox has turned into Internet Explorer

I agree with that, linux/ubuntu are some of the best OS's IMHO. I have never had a virus os worms or spyware/malware on any machine running ubuntu/kubuntu/lubuntu/linux/linux mint or of course OSX, it seems 98% of the people that lag use Windows, kind of a pattern there, huh?

Great Guide though, I like the screenshots, those are always helpful for people who aren't computer savvy.
