How does it work?
When it says requires 1gold 88silver 0copper.. Does it get the money from your account or the guild reserves?
When you activate it, Does all of the members in the Guild get it aswell?

It takes it from your account. If it were the guild reserves NOBODY would have guild skills. Have never seen 1g ever before in guild reserves.

for first skills it requires 1g from your account
1g 88s is for upgrade second skill

The guild leader uses guild reserves to make skills available and upgrade them. Once a guild skill is available, you can choose 2 of them and use your own money and guild contribution to activate them for only yourself.
