at our server rinulka peninsula thoses IDIOTS!!!!! Ladies and Gentlemen of the R2 GM Staff, it's time to put in place a permanent solution that finally and EFFECTIVELY ends the practice of Spawn Killing. Spawn Killing is an ignorant, idiotic, arrogant, lazy waste of time, it contributes nothing and damages the credibility of the players (whether they accept this fact or not) and R2Games as well for doing nothing but offering half-fixes while the proverbial chip on the windshield continues to grow and crack, until everything shatters.
It's not a question of 'should' or 'would', you can implement this with ease and you must, to keep things fair for all players.
A permanent Safe Zone area, an idea concept suggested before, but from the looks of it downright ignored. It begins at the Torch of each side's Spawn Points, and stretches across to the opposite side of the rocky-textured wall that provides the opening from Spawn into the Battlefield. A simple linear coding is efficient, and if a player of an opposing team, even under Stealth, is detected crossing this line, or one of their distance attacks crosses this line, their attacks are immediately dispersed and the offending players placed under a Silence penalty timer which prevents their actions for a set time. One full minute would be fair and sufficient, of course this penalty cannot be dispelled, and would leave them vulnerable until such time as the timer wears off. The timer count will reset to sixty seconds each time the offending player(s) crosses the line/etc., and repeats as such each time until the Sengolia instance ends and the more permanent Silence is put in place. This will guarantee that all players can get the full enjoyment from their Sengolia experiences without (yes, I'm saying it) a handful or so of morons looking for cheap, easy Silver Badges and farmable Honor messing things up royally for everyone.
It's either that oh-so-easy and effective solution, or place the linear barrier into place and anyone who crosses or attacks opposing team members through/across that line becomes penalized with negative Honor and negative Points, thus no Silvers and the probability they LOSE Honor Rankings for their actions.
Do not play softball with people who perform these kinds of actions, instead make them see and feel the hurt, and make it hurt with gusto, make it nothing that they can shrug off. When an Emperor starts to lose out on Silvers and demotes themselves back to the rank of something low such as Baron, or they are silenced for a time and become cannon fodder for their "efforts", THEN we'll start to see a difference.
The time is now GM's, make it so. And to really put the point across, set an amount of either negative Points/Honor accumulated or Silence Timers activated that, when reached, automatically boots the offenders from the Sengolia instance. I'm sick and tired of seeing these namby-pamby approaches to dealing with real problems, we need something real, and the next pre-Event Maintenance Thursday would give just the right amount of time to plan, prepare, debug, and release such a change. In fact, changes such as these would almost be preferred to a new Event, why encourage bad players for their bad behaviors?"Doing nothing is very hard to do, you never know when you're finished."

.....that idea is kinda going too far...simplest thing make lvl based seng.it worked perfectly in other games with pvp arenas
