i suggest that u make ur own estimation on how many star or hw required for each lvl ^^. and also requirement of HW or EW for each class of wing. where to get it, reward for getting a certain lvl.

wing upgrades are based on luck so its not possible to count the stars cause sometimes you might get something on first try and the next might take you 5 to 10 stars
heroic wings are available at any dungeon(except indigo)in difficulty levels of hard and nightmare Ewings are not available in dungeons right now so best chance is avernal pack or lucky guess or unless there is some event the reward are all increase on stats
