Wrong number of Crystals

So the thing which pops up when you log in said "you get 25% more crystals" and showed number amount.
So I bought 500 Crystals, and instead of getting 625 like it said, I still got the 500
I was wondering. Where are the other 125. Do we get them later after the event or do I need to file a ticket
