The Blessing Of Sylvanas seems like the well of fate. You can get the well of fate doing guild daily quests and going to Guild Management Officer and getting a Contribution Pack. When you dont this u'll have a chance of getting a Well of Fate for seven days.

Someone used codes to link the items even tho they don't actually have it. It's how players can sometimes preview items that exist in the database but are not released.
Though, that item is like a permanent version of the wheel of fate while we only have access to a temporary 7 day one. The pet equip of those stats are not available for players either. Might of been a GM pet equip or a beta test of a pet equip, who knows.

Those are items from the other crystal saga versions, since they are all much further ahead then R2's game since R2 is super slow to update and want to milk every penny from there players you wont see items like that for 2-3 years. Most server have items like that after 6months.
