update: working fine on my end. 177 currently online and no one is complaining about lag/dc. Doing some survey

I've cleared cache, history etc..
I'm stuck at "Info - Loading Character List" screen but my char will not come out.

I am currently in-game and it is fine. Problem is that players tend to get stuck or takes a real long time at the character loading part. This is being checked by the techs already. We are asking you to be more patient.
