To add on to what "-Jezza-" said.
The quests name is "I Can Has Bear" and its accepted from the mysterious wanderer.
It will require you to have atleast 1 (one) crystal,despite the fact that it doesnt use it.
Boxing Bear starts at Lvl 1 and is a rather strong pet.Good Luck.
P.s. To get 1 crystal just do a survey accepted from the free crystal tab,take the ones where you need to watch a video as they are free of charge.
(Below is a picture of the free crystal tab just incase you dont know where it is)
